I work with CPOs, HRDs, and L&D leaders in fast-growing organisations who are seeing disengagement, inconsistent performance, or avoidable attrition — despite having capable, well-intentioned managers.

My background spans science, systems, and leadership development. I began my career as a PhD scientist, before moving into organisational development and spending several years designing and delivering leadership coaching inside a FTSE-100 organisation. Across that work, one pattern showed up repeatedly: technically strong leaders struggling not with competence, but with the emotional demands of leadership at scale.

Today, I help organisations strengthen leadership behaviour where it matters most — in everyday conversations, decisions, and moments of pressure. My work focuses on building emotional intelligence as a practical leadership capability, not a soft add-on.
