Includes a 90-minute debrief to explore results and identify next steps.


Team
Assesses individuals within a team and how they impact overall group dynamics — benchmarked against industry leaders.
Includes:
In-depth science-backed assessment of a team or department of up to 20 people
Includes a 2-hour group debrief to explore results as a team and identify next steps.


360-Degree
Nine people above and below (in corporate hierarchy) assess an individual to obtain a 360 degree view on them as both a subordinate and a manager.
Includes:
Feedback from up to 9 raters, comparing external perspectives with self-assessment.
Includes a debrief with the individual, their manager, and an EQ coach to align on key insights and actions.
